DEC's 14-stage electro-deposition process includes an immersion phosphate element which enhances e-coat-to-metal adhesion. It also applies a water-base HAPS compliant protective coating, thus achieving maximum corrosion protection.

DEC's system is OEM approved and recommended. We have vast capabilities as it is designed to handle a wide range of parts including small components and large "Class A" parts such as hoods, doors, quarter panels, and roofs. Special in-house designed tooling is created and utilized to ensure customer specifications are satisfied. E-coated parts are inspected by qualified inspectors in a light stand where parts are reviewed for non-standard conditions and customer-specific concerns.
